Municipio Informa Concepción is a mobile application designed for the commune of Concepción. Its purpose is to bring municipal management closer to the community, facilitating access to information on how situations that affect tranquility and well-being are addressed in the different sectors of our city.

Through this tool, citizens can learn how the Municipality of Concepción, through its Citizen Security team, responds to the calls received daily from the different sectors. These reports, made by neighbors, give rise to operations that are deployed on the ground and are attended to by Citizen Security supported by municipal departments, depending on the type of situation. At the same time, when appropriate, attention is referred to Carabineros de Chile or other relevant entities, thus ensuring a coordinated and timely response.

The application shows a map of Concepción subdivided by zones that is updated daily with the operations carried out, allowing you to view the different events attended in the city: from conflicts in public spaces, risk situations, assistance to affected people, to collaborations with neighborhood associations or support in minor emergencies. Each registered action reflects the municipality's commitment to be present in the territory and provide direct support to those who need it.

MI Concepción allows the community:

• Filter the information according to your interests: you can select by type of event, date or geographical area, which makes it easier to find out in a personalized way what is happening in your neighborhood, at your workplace or in the places you visit frequently. This functionality seeks to strengthen the link between the community and municipal management, promoting a more informed and participating citizenry.

• Read relevant information about the commune, in a notification module, allowing you to have news that may affect security in your sector.

• The app includes a historical statistics module that allows you to observe trends, identify areas with the highest concentration of events, and analyze the evolution of operations by type of incident. This information can be useful not only for people interested in security, but also for social organizations, media and municipal teams working for a safer and more cohesive city.

MI Concepción represents an effort by the Municipality to make its daily work transparent, bring public information closer to people and generate trust through participatory management with a human face. More than an app, it is an invitation to be an active part of caring for the city, recognizing the key role that citizens have in building safer, more supportive and connected environments.
