My Bessa is an application dedicated to Bessa Promotion Immobilière customers. It is a space that receives and tracks the grievances of reservists and buyers of BPI residences. Thanks to this application, clients of the Real Estate promotion will not only be able to express their grievances, follow their evolution, but also communicate with the grievances officers to ensure a quick and efficient treatment. The user has the possibility to complete his complaint by adding relevant images. It is in particular possible to exchange comments thanks to which you can dialogue with the speakers.
 
The My Bessa application is responsible for notifying the client as soon as their complaint changes status and goes from “in progress” to “completed” and when an important message or announcement is sent by administrators.
Thanks to this application, the client will be able to keep an eye on the progress of their complaints and will see for themselves the monitoring and treatment applied by Bessa Promotion Immobilière.
