Bestway Finance Ltd (BFL), is a Hong Kong registered company developing the largest ensemble of iron ore mining projects of the CEMAC (Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa) area.

Through its wholly-owned Congolese subsidiary, Sangha Mining Development (SASU), Betway Finance Ltd holds the Avima, Badondo and Nabeba mining licenses in Congo. Combined, these licenses carry a potential DSO output of 100 Mtpa. They were awarded by Presidential decree on November 30, 2020, through the decrees n°2020-645, n°2020-646 and n°2020-647, for an initial period of 25 years.
