With the Compassion As My Compass app you will work directly with Ariel Zachow on your fitness and/or yoga goals. With everything from personal training and custom workouts to pre-written weekly and monthly programs, to custom and pre-written yoga practices.
Ariel's goal is always to put the health and safety of her clients first, and through this app you will have access to a plethora of videos and move descriptions to be certain your form is perfect while you work towards your goals.
This app allows you to make the workouts fit your schedule and your goals, regardless of current age, gender, fitness level, size-or anything else you can describe yourself as!
