The Trained by BV app has been designed for all of its Personal and Online Clients.

It allows its user to access their personal dashboard, where they can view programs and tasks set by their coach.

This includes training programs, nutritional plans, adherence and tracking charts, progress photos, check in sheets and food diaries.

All tasks set by the coach can be viewed on a weekly schedule, giving the user all the information they need to follow to help them achieve their health, body composition and performance goals.

The app also includes a full exercise library with detailed demonstration and videos of all exercises on their plan to ensure they are never left confused on how to perform an exercise properly.
