Darian has been a trainer and coach since 2015. She prides herself on continuing her education to provide the best service and results possible for her clients.

At the age of 15, Darian was diagnosed with anorexia nervosa. She continued to fluctuate between binge eating, purging and weights loss. The more she tried to follow the mass media prescription for health and fitness, the less happy and healthy she became. After hitting her own personal rock bottom, she began to figure things out for herself and today, she loves hearing from regular people that the work she does has helps them to create positive long lasting change in their own lives.

Here’s the reality: being healthy in todays culture is not some easy-breezy “lifestyle choice” or a simple matter of willpower, diet and exercise. Right now, choosing to be healthy is a revolutionary act.

It requires unconventional strategies and non-conformist choices. It requires extraordinary awareness, moxie, self-compassion, resilience and KNOWLEDGE.
