Inversion Nation’s acrobatics based personal training programs include cardiovascular training, quadrupedal movements, stretching, progressive rolling sequences, bodyweight strength training, and foundational balance skills like headstands, handstands, and backbends. As you progress you will learn to apply your new found strength, flexibility, and coordination to more advanced balancing skills, tumbling, and partner acrobatics.
