I believe that movement is medicine, which is why I’m on a mission to empower women to continue doing what they love throughout pregnancy, whether that’s weightlifting, barre, yoga, or running.

My programming was created out of equal parts passion and frustration. The standards of perinatal care are broken in the US. Women are left to fend for themselves following delivery with little to no instruction on how to heal their bodies, never mind how to return to exercise. The foundations of my practice aims to teach you how to reintegrate your deep core muscles, realign your body after 10 months of stretching and accommodating the growth of your little one, and safely guide you back into functional movements and strength programming.

By implementing some simple yet effective techniques, and collaborating with fellow perinatal professionals I am here to help you have the most comfortable pregnancy and postpartum period possible, reducing common complaints such as lower back pain, pelvic pain, diastasis recti, and more.
