I'm at the fittest I've been in my life right now but that wasn't always the case. I've been scrawny, overweight and had zero confidence. Most of this was due to inexperience and trying my fitness journey alone. If I had a mentor, I would have avoided injuries, mistakes, heartache and wasted years of potential.
