Hello! My name is RJ Bell and I believe having great health, a thriving body, and a strong mind are the birthright of every single person on the planet.

Before anyone even starts with me, I have you fill out a prep form that will tell me how ready you are to start your new health and fitness journey. I will help you identify your greatest limiting beliefs or "chokeholds" that have prevented you from reaching your results or outcomes in the past and we will absolutely crush those limiting beliefs and give you a stronger purpose and meaning behind why you want to become healthier or more fit.

It doesn't matter what you look like, where you're coming from, or how far you think you must go; my approach is the same for everyone, and everyone reaches the finish line feeling like a brand new person inside and out. My approach is called Bulletproof - created by my 10 years of experience in the Army, 15+ years of experience in the health & fitness industry, and being an NLP Practitioner (Neuro-Lingusitic Programming).

My goal is simple; to help others transform their lives through expert coaching, ongoing support, and guided mentorship, while discovering the joys of living a fit, and healthy life.
