Function.Fitness.Flow is an online coaching and personal training service for strength, conditioning, injury rehabilitation, and mobility, based around a modern philosophy of training that integrates the principles of personal training into your individual life. We endeavour to explore more than just the physical and broaden our coaching scope into the mental, emotional and spiritual domains to educate you across all areas and in how they interact and affect each other.

Your training will be overseen by our head trainer, Sam, and will provide you with a number of services, including, but not limited to:

- A training program, based around your experience level and the equipment available to you, to help you work towards your goals, whether they be strength and conditioning, power development, speed, agility and quickness, injury rehabilitation and prevention, martial arts and yoga/mobility/movement training.
- Nutritional guidance tailored to your unique situation, goals and the depth of tracking you desire to engage in.
- Habit tracking and optimisation, coaching on mindset training, and assistance in developing healthy habits and minimising those that don't serve you.
- Education on a number of different topics, including strength training, nutrition, conditioning, philosophy, mindset training, habits, and the integration of body and mind.
- Care and attention paid to all of your individual needs during communcation with your trainer, Sam.
- Regular check-ins via email, Zoom and video exercise coaching.

We offer a month-to-month membership, paid weekly, with no contract, as well as challenges, 12-week programming blocks and numerous options of package depending on level of personal contact with our expert training staff.
