We’re all unique and training smart is more effective than training hard. Beware of cookie-cutter workouts and meal plans that assume everyone has the same metabolism and abilities. If you have any kind of imbalance, weak joints or certain medical conditions, it won’t matter how hard you work out, you will likely cause further damage or injury by not addressing these issues in your workouts.
I work with all kinds of clients and goals and have designed all kinds of workouts to suit their needs while keeping things fun and challenging. My coaching revolves around the mind/body connection and how to respect and nurture our bodies so that they work for and not against us.
