Flashmove app is the application for the flashmove led lights training system. To use this app you must purchase the training system with at least two flashes. With it you will be given an activation code that will be asked at the beginning of the app.
You can create training exercises in a very versatile way, you can also create different training groups, have statistics on the exercises performed and much more.
