✔The left hand side has the Menu List. Select the Menu Item New Connection.
✔The Menu Section will expand. Select the Item New Service Connection
✔Enter Mobile Number, Select Your District and Click on Generate OTP Button.
✔Fill the required details in the Online Application form. Upload the scanned documents in the relevant section and re-examine the details filled. Read the declaration at the end of the form carefully. Enter the OTP received on Mobile Number and then click the Submit button.
✔On Submit, a new connection Request Number will be generated
✔Save the Request Number for future reference
✔No payment will be accepted from the Consumer at the time of filling application form. The New Service Connection Charges will be levied from the bill of the Consumer
✔User can also check the latest status of the submitted application by clicking the Suvidha Consumer Activities link available on website
