Personnel Module

It is the module where the Human Resources Department (HR) identifies company employees and enters, edits and displays employee information (address, education, population, education, previous work experience, etc.). In this module, the organization can be defined into the system according to the flexible organizational structure (company, workplace, section/department, task, title) and norms can be defined accordingly. Flexible Fields can be defined. Since the data is kept on a historical basis, you can switch to the desired day and view the past and perform future transactions.

Permission Module

It is the module where company employees' leave entitlement, leave detail information are entered, corrected and displayed. In this module, different leave vesting periods can be defined for personnel with different leave entitlements. Any number of permission types can be defined by the user. Specific definitions can be made for the defined leave types, such as minimum and maximum usage periods, if any, whether it is affiliated with any gender or company, whether it is deducted from the year of service, whether it is annual leave, whether holidays will be taken into account or not. Leave information can be transferred to the payroll module.

Payroll Module

It is the module where company employees' payroll calculations are made. Any number of payroll types, additional income, deductions, tax deductions and additional payroll can be defined. Employees can be grouped according to their legal status. Calculation formats can be created based on these groups and defined payroll type details. Which legal taxes will be deducted from additional income can be defined by the user. Working days based on payroll can be automatically created by the system. Unit fee information can be tracked on a historical basis as net/gross, monthly/daily/hourly. All payrolls (wage, working day, additional income, deduction, tax deduction, etc.) can be transferred from Excel. Monthly deductions and additional income planning can be made. Payroll calculations can be calculated on a collective or individual basis. Bank diskette and SSI related reports can be obtained from the system. A payroll accounting voucher can be created in accordance with the accounting system used.
