The Bitung City Smart Presence application is an application that is used to monitor the presence of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Bitung City Government which has been developed by the Bitung City Personnel and Human Resources Agency based on Android, GPS and Biometric Face Recognation.

The Bitung City Smart Presence application has been integrated with the State Civil Apparatus Information System Version 2.0 ( SimASN)
