BizBima-Buzz is a mobile application for the POSP agents working for the insurance broker, BizBima. This app will be utilized primarily for empaneling POSPs to BizBima. The app features a semi-automated workflow, with approvals and authorizations handled at the backend.
Empanelment Steps:
1. OTP-Based Login: The process is automated; users need to enter the OTP sent to their mobile to log in to the app.
2. KYC Document Submission: Users are required to submit their KYC (Know Your Customer) details through the KYC update screen. This feature includes entering KYC information and uploading the necessary supporting documents. Upon successful submission, users are shown a confirmation message: “Your POSP application details and documents have been successfully received. We will review your application and update the status within 24 hours.” The submitted KYC details and documents are reviewed by the BizBima backend team. This verification process ensures that the user's application complies with regulatory requirements. Users can access the Learning Management System (LMS) only after successful KYC verification. Access remains restricted until the backend team completes the review and approves the submitted KYC details.
3. KYC Verification: The backend team manually reviews the submitted KYC details and documents. If any discrepancies or issues are found, they provide review comments outlining the required corrections. Users are then allowed to update and resubmit their KYC details and documents. This process can be repeated as needed until all corrections are made and the KYC is successfully verified.
4. Verification Notification: After users submit their POSP Agent registration details, an automated push notification is sent to inform them of the completion of KYC verification. Once this notification is received, users can view the updated KYC status and proceed to access the Learning Management System (LMS)
5. Training & Assessment: Users are required to complete 15 hours of training by engaging with the learning modules available on the LMS screen. Upon completing the 15-hour training requirement, the assessment test becomes available and must be taken to proceed further.
6. Assessment Validation: Upon successfully completing the training and assessment, users receive an automated success message stating, “You have successfully completed the training and examination.”
7. Digital Agreement: After successfully completing the assessment, users are presented with an auto-generated digital agreement. Upon clicking the “Agree” button to provide their digital signature, a confirmation message is displayed: “You have accepted the Digital Agreement. You will be informed shortly via notification after your POSP ID is generated.” This action triggers the initiation of the POSP ID creation process in the backend.
8. POSP ID Generation: The backend team manually verifies the details and generates the POSP ID. The user must wait until this process is completed. Once the POSP ID is successfully created in the backend system, the user will be able to access the home screen of the BizBima app.
9. POSP ID Notification: An automated push notification is sent to the user’s registered mobile as soon as the BizBima backend team successfully generates the POSP ID.
10. Home Screen: Users can view their profile, digital certificate, and agreement once the POSP ID is created. They can also download the digital certificate and agreement.
