mKomuniteti was created by the Center for Social Innovations Blink 42-21 to connect Albanian citizens with local municipalities. mKomuniteti and the Center for Social Innovations Blink 42-21 are not influenced or persuaded by any government (including local and/or national) institution.

mKomuniteti provides an opportunity for public participation and connects certain municipal departments with their citizens, offering their services – in a digital way:

• Submitting reports, problems, proposals to their local municipalities
• Opportunity to support other people’s reports and problems
• Overview of News within the municipality
• Overview of active and closed subventions in their municipality
• Apply for subventions digitally (instead of in-person)
