■Reservation status for two weeks is displayed by time zone from "Reservation status", so it is easy to understand, and action of "app reservation" or "telephone reservation" is possible from that page.
■ Display a two-week reservation calendar from "App Reservation". You can easily check the availability of reservations. Just tap the desired date and time to enter, so it will be an intuitive operation and easy input. Of course, reservations for two weeks ahead can be easily made using the calendar display.
■You can enter any questions you want to ask or things you want to tell in advance in the remarks column along with the desired reservation date. If you need an answer, you will receive a message from our salon in the "Notice" in the app.
■ When the reservation for the desired date is completed, the desired reservation date and time will be automatically delivered to "Notice" and displayed as a push notification. You can easily see when you have taken your booking request.
■Once the reservation is confirmed, the reservation confirmation message will be sent to "Notice" from our salon. Push notifications are easy to understand and you won't miss them. Also, even if you forget the reservation date, you can easily check the reservation confirmation message in "Notice", so you do not make a mistake in the date.
■In "Notice", reservation confirmation messages are recorded in chronological order as a history, so you can easily check the date of your last visit. For customers who make reservations at regular intervals, it is easy to check their visit history.
■We also support cancellation of reservations that were not made online on the website, so you can cancel at any time by clicking the "Cancel Reservation" button and following the input screen.
■For urgent reservations, you can call our salon by simply tapping "Call Reservation" during business hours. After checking the availability in the reservation calendar in advance, you can complete the reservation smoothly over the phone. There is no need to enter troublesome phone numbers.
■ You can view the BLOCK HAIR homepage from within the app. Since there is no need to launch a browser, you can smoothly check menus, prices, and information such as regular holidays within the app.
■The reservation calendar will always be up to date through the internet. If the calendar information is old, please update the calendar information with the "Update to the latest reservation calendar" button. Depending on the communication status, the calendar display may not be the latest.
