AyuPraSara is the self assessment app for understanding Prakriti and Dhatu Sarta concepts from ancient school of traditional medicine – Ayurveda.
This app is the effort of author by molding the traditional and unique concepts of Ayurveda into today’s technical era. This app mentions a simple questionnaire to be solved by users by their own and determine their own Prakriti and Dhatu Sarta. The questionnaire is in English and has a simple rating scale ranging from 1 as Disagreeableness to 5 as Agreeableness.
