The CVI APP is suitable for children with cortical visual impairment (CVI) in all three stages of visual impairment, as well as for intact children aged 3-5 years. It contains three tasks: Peas, Day and Night, Shapes, with each task available in three levels of difficulty. Thanks to advanced settings, the application can be adapted to your child's needs.
Visual stimuli are complemented by sounds and audio recordings that accompany the child in completing individual tasks. Depending on the level of difficulty, the child's interaction with the application or the complexity of the plot of the chosen task also increases. When completing tasks, the child can thus stimulate and develop not only his sight, but also other senses (hearing, touch). The variety of tasks helps the child to become familiar with different objects, geometric shapes or fruits and vegetables and to recognize them based on their characteristic visual signs. The tasks will guide the child through the city and nature and introduce him to a wide range of feelings and how it is possible to work with them.
