Only ‘Authorised Taxi Drivers’ registered with SkyCabs can take a booking.

Passenger has the option to book a ride or delivery at ‘fixed or bid price’ or ‘metered fare’.

No Booking Fee.

Through SkyCabs App, ‘Real Time’ (As Soon As Possible) and delayed ‘On Demand’ bookings are dispatched to our authorised taxi drivers on the basis of driver who is located nearest to the passenger’s pickup location.

SkyCabs ensures that the driver who accepted the trip proceeds immediately towards passenger’s pickup location in the shortest possible time.

Passengers get information about which authorised taxi driver name will pick them up, including taxi car plate, authority number, estimated fare and estimated time of arrival.

Passenger and driver can communicate directly (chat, SMS, call) should there be any delay or change in travel plan.

Passenger will get an electronic receipt and have the possibility to give feedback and make a rating.
