The application allows analysis of electricity (in green), gas (in orange) and water (in blue) consumption.
It is divided into five sections and provides several analyses:
- Invoice analysis:
• Performance indicator - indicates the variation in consumption and aggregate costs of all customer accounts (red illustrates increases and green decreases)
• Consumption breakdown – indicates the percentage of consumption of the top 5 assets in relation to total consumption in a given period.
• Comparative Analysis – indicates the evolution of consumption of the top 5 assets simultaneously, and with a historical perspective.
• Dynamic Analysis – illustrates consumption and costs over time, with upward or downward trends being observable.
• Invoice repository – access to all invoices from the locations being monitored. It works as a summary of all invoices, with the asset, invoice number, supplier name and invoice total. It is also possible to download the PDF of each invoice.
For all analyses, it is possible to filter, at the end of the screen, the locations and/or types under analysis, as well as the period under analysis.
- Real-Time Analysis:
• Annual Analysis - Allows you to view monthly consumption throughout the year.
• Monthly Analysis – Allows you to view daily consumption throughout the month.
• Weekly Analysis – Allows viewing of hourly consumption during the week.
• Heatmap – Temperature map that intuitively shows daily consumption, through a color scheme (red for high consumption and green for lower consumption).
For all analyses, it is possible to filter the locations under analysis at the bottom of the screen.
- Report management:
Visualization of graphs that illustrate the temporal variation of water and energy costs and consumption in one or more locations, both for monitoring invoices and for real-time analysis.
Different analysis locations and periods can be defined, as well as type of consumption (total or by type), cost (total costs - with and without VAT -, variable costs, rates or fixed costs) and emissions (total, direct and indirect).
- Alert management:
Allows automatic monitoring of consumption or unexpected costs. Each time an alert detects an occurrence, a notification is sent via email or mobile phone.
These are the alerts available for the invoice module: % increase - control of relevant percentage increases; Limit value – Definition of a maximum limit (a ceiling) that triggers the activation of the alert management system.
These are the alerts available for the real-time analysis module: threshold value - defines a maximum limit (a ceiling) that triggers the activation of the alert management system; percentile alert - triggers system activation if the daily accumulation is among the highest values ​​defined by the chosen percentile; nighttime consumption alert – triggered when the weight of nighttime consumption in total daily consumption is greater than 35%; continuous consumption alert - triggers when consumption is the same for a period longer than 8 hours and different from zero; consumption alert on weekends and holidays - triggered if consumption on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays is greater than zero (or a defined limit value).
- Notifications:
In the notifications area it is possible to access all alerts created, interacting with different users (within the same client), through the “leave feedback” space.
