Hajj Salim Ali Al-Qadi (Abu Ghazi), born in 1900 in Nablus, is considered the founder of Al-Qadi Sweets in Jordan and Palestine.
And he used to live in the city of Jaffa and founded a hotel containing a restaurant and sweets in the thirties of the last century, then moved to live in Jordan in 1948 and founded Al-Qadi Sweets in Zarqa (Shaker Street branch).
