- Install your Boks parcel box in front of your home. Whether personal (house or building) or professional, your Boks can be installed indoors or outdoors,
- Download our free mobile app to check in to your Boks via your smartphone. This will allow you to manage your parcel box in a few clicks (receipt, tracking, sending and return of your parcels),
- Place an order then generate a Boks opening code for your delivery person,
- Note this code in the delivery fields to have it delivered to your smart parcel box (use the fields of your choice: Address or Additional information or Delivery instructions, etc.),
- Track your package in real time on our mobile application,
- Receive a notification on your phone once your order has been placed by the carrier,
- Collect your packages, whenever you want, by opening your Boks with your phone's Bluetooth.

Thanks to the Boks mobile application you can:

- Generate opening codes for your parcel box,
- Open your Boks in Bluetooth
- Chat with the co-users of your Boks (for shared Boks offers, in buildings or for professionals)
- Follow the delivery of your packages (from the pick-up of the carrier to the delivery in your Boks) in real time
