Does Jared offer gift cards?
Gift cards are available in any value from $25 to $2,000. The Jared Jewelers gift card never expires and can be redeemed at any Jared Jewelers retail location or at Jared.com.

What is Jared’s return policy?
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item at any Jared store for up to 30 days after purchase (shipped). Jared.com will accept returns, but exchanges must be made at one of the stores. Watches that were not special-ordered and accessories can be returned to a Jared store or Jared.com if they're unworn or unaltered and must be accompanied by the original packaging, instructions, and warranty information. You can't return or exchange custom-designed merchandise, class rings, special-order watches, or any Pandora items. The refund, minus delivery charges, will be credited to your original payment method.

Can I cancel my Jared order?
You may cancel an order up to approximately 1 hour after you place it through the Order Status page on jared.com. If the option to cancel an order is not shown on the Order Status page, the order cannot be canceled. Canceling or modifying an order may result in a pending hold on your bank-issued credit card or Jared account, which may impact the amount of funds you have available. These holds will typically be released in 2-5 business days. The merchandise from a canceled or modified order may not be available for immediate re-purchase.

Does Jared have a warranty policy?
Jared offers the Extended Service Plan. It covers the labor and parts necessary to keep your merchandise in usable and wearable condition, provided such service is necessitated by normal wear and tear. This plan covers repairs to the mounting (setting), including future ring size adjustments, refinishing and polishing, and resetting your diamonds and gemstones. The Extended Service Plan is not offered for certain metals, such as tungsten and titanium. You must take your jewelry to a local Jared store for repairs under this plan.

How long do I have to pick up my merchandise from Jared?
Your order will be kept at the store for 30 days. After 30 days, your order will be returned to jared.com and your method of payment will be credited. The discounts availed while using jared discount code will be adjusted. You will be notified via email when the returned order has been received and your method of payment has been credited.
