QFA Mobile is an application used by the Quality Assurance Team of Borwita to simplify their day-to-day activity. The application covers end-to-end processes including visit activity to collect survey data from customers. By using this application, there is no need for manual input on store call plans, and filling out the survey form is easier and more transparent since it will show the survey results directly. QFA Mobile allows users to do their activity offline and sync the data when there is an internet connection. Data from QFA Mobile will sync back to the back office website for reporting needs.
