This app helps users to send type B SMS to 13033 in order to issue a Lockdown Movement Permit in Greece, due to restriction measures taken.

The app keeps user's full name and address of residence to minimise the effort of typing when a new SMS must be sent. Also, it builds a valid SMS message using the selected extraordinary movement reason, according to https://forma.gov.gr/en.
