The E-Tepat application was developed by the South Sorong Regency BPKAD to support personnel activities such as attendance (absence), archiving, and digital document tracking. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Attendance data such as absence time, location, and absence photo.

📷 Camera Access: takes an absence photo as proof of attendance.
🔔 Notification Access: sends internal notifications regarding employee activities.
📱 Storage Access (optional): saves profile photos or internal application documents.

Data is used for internal administration and personnel matters.
No personal data is shared with third parties without user consent.
Location data and photos are used solely for attendance purposes and are not published.
4. Data Security
We maintain data security with appropriate systems and do not store sensitive data publicly on devices. All communications between the app and the server are encrypted.
