The Public Relations Literacy Learning System from the Ministry of Defense's Education and Training Center accommodates distance learning and supports independent online learning (Massive Open Online Course - MOOC) regarding Journalism and Public Relations. The upstream-to-downstream process, starting from summons, registration, material presentation, attendance, quizzes/exams, to evaluation and certification can be done on one platform.
