What is the procedure for making exchanges or returns?
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, we carry out our exchanges or returns within 7 days, counted from the receipt of the purchase, in cases of:

purchase regret;
defective product;
product different from what was purchased.
Just request your exchange in our chat, which automatically opens the protocol. You can also do it over the phone.

Always have an image of the item and the tax coupon, inform the order number, CPF, in addition to other information that we ask for during self-service. This data streamlines the exchange or return review process and the feedback from our team.

In all cases, you must present the coupon/invoice and the product packaged correctly.

Attention We do not accept exchanges or returns under the following conditions:

Products in open, broken or damaged packaging;
Products without coupon or invoice;
Large products that are not dismantled, as they were delivered;
Refrigerated (perishable) products;
Antibiotic medicines;
Controlled drugs.
Antimicrobial and psychotropic drugs (controlled) are subject to specific legislation and their exchange or return is prohibited by law, according to RDC 20/2011 and ordinance 344/98.
