You will be able to register through the APP, an intention to schedule, describing the request and the best time for this schedule. This action will generate a ticket within Syonet CRM and if the desired time is available, your appointment will be automatically confirmed through a notification. If the time slot is already occupied, an operator will contact you to reschedule, depending on the availability of your schedule.
2 - Revision follow-up
Through the APP, you will be able to view the revisions that were made at your dealership, as well as be notified about the next revisions, planned for your registered vehicles.
3 - Vehicle Mileage Update
Through the App, you can update the vehicle's current mileage information, being notified with greater precision about your next revisions.
4 - Surveys
Answer the satisfaction surveys generated by Autoville directly on your device.
5 - Talk to us
You can send messages directly to Autoville, which will be received and worked on by the service team. Your messages will be part of the concessionaire's indicators, helping to improve the processes applied by it.
6 - Notifications
You will be able to receive on your device notifications generated by Autoville, such as promotions and new business opportunities related to your vehicle, birthday congratulations and occasional campaigns, generated by the Marketing team.
7 - Recurring alerts
You may be regularly reminded to check Oil Level, Tire Calibration and Water Level. The App stores the last check and will notify you of the next check date, keeping your vehicle up to date with basic maintenance items.
