This app is part of the Brivo Workplace Management Platform and requires a manager or owner account to use. When you log into Brivo Room with your management account, all features become available.

Brivo Room shows your space reservations at a glance. Your users can easily see the availability of your reservable resources without even getting up from their desks. Mount a tablet equipped with Brivo Room to the wall near your conference room or other resource and you’re good to go.

Place a second tablet inside a conference room to remind your users to check in, how much time they have left and even allow them to book additional time. Friendly audio prompts ensure that no one accidentally stays longer than their reservation allows.
