Our trainers help you to find a moment of peace in today's hustle and bustle, for example with a wonderful meditation, a beautiful Myo Yin Yoga or a Breathing session. In addition, your trainers also take care of shaping the body with a powerful Pilates class, where we use the "magic circle" or a Booty class with the premium Booty Band from EXERCISE.

Let yourself be taken into a newer form of sport, in which the body and the mind are central. We offer various training and relaxation options in groups of up to 12 people.
