Brussels Pilates Studio offers a personalized “boutique studio” style concept. We offer functional training linked to overall body work, placing particular emphasis on strengthening postural muscles. Our fitness philosophy is simple: when it comes to getting results, you need effective training with an intensity suited to your fitness level and highly qualified instructors. Our main commitment is to follow new techniques and take into account studies on spinal rehabilitation as well as improving sports performance.
Semi-private: every quarter we offer semi-private TRIO and TOTAL BARRE classes. The exercises are practiced in groups of 3 people.
Individual: individual lessons allow a personalized approach based on your expectations and your physical condition. Your posture and posture will be studied in order to establish a tailor-made program.
