Let me introduce myself, I am Francesco Piraino, a boy passionate about this wonderful method called Pilates and practicing it was immediately my love. This passion of mine began in 2014 when I obtained my first certification for teaching with international teachers and since then I have never stopped, continuing to study to improve myself.

I started teaching small groups and individuals in the open air or in a narrow room, working with the use of a free body and small tools. I continued my education in schools located in Italy and abroad, including the United States of America, with the best teachers in the sector. Furthermore, I am provincial manager of CSEN Catanzaro Training Center for the pilates sector.
