BTravelrs is a comprehensive travel planning app that enables you to Discover places to visit, make and import Reservations, and manage your Trips and Itineraries all in one place, Sharing with Tripmates and accessing your Trip info Offline.

DISCOVER
Start with the Discover section, to view high level info on Continents, Countries, and Cities, to get an idea of where you might want to travel, then dive into the details to get inspiration on Noteworthy Places you may want to visit, including some Hidden Gems.

RESERVATIONS
Proceed to make Reservations through numerous third party services on our Partners page, from complete Trips with Go Ahead Tours, to Flights with Expedia, Lodgings with Booking.com, Car Rentals with Economy Bookings, and Tours with Viator. Or you can book through whoever you’d like. Either way, you can Import all your Reservations by forwarding Lodging (Hotels, Homeshares, Hostels, Campsites/Campgrounds, Cruises), Transportation (Flights, Trains, Buses, Ferries, Car Rentals, Bike Rentals, Taxis/Rideshares, etc), Eatery (Restaurants, Cafes, Food Carts/Trucks), and Activity (Events and Tours) emails to [email protected]. Reservations are parsed from any format or language, with helpful error messages for issues and manual entry if needed. The Email body and attached PDFs are stored for quick access and to assist manual entry. View Imports and Reservations chronologically, with links between Imports, Reservations, and Trips. Reservations are auto-added to existing Trips if they match the dates; otherwise, new Trips are created. Add multiple Plans (e.g., Flight, Hotel, and Car Rental) to a single Reservation.

TRIPS
Keep things organized by creating or updating Trips and choosing a beautiful photo for easy identification. View Upcoming, Undecided (no date), and Past Trips, organized so you can find your next Trip easily. Access Trips Offline by downloading Trip content to your device through the Trip Settings page. Plan Trips without dates for flexible scheduling.

ITINERARY
Create Itineraries manually or import email Reservations automatically. Add Lodgings (Hotels, Homeshares, Hostels, Campsites/Campgrounds, Cruises), Transportation (Flights, Trains, Buses, Ferries, Car Rentals, Bike Rentals, Taxis/Rideshares, etc), Eateries (Restaurants, Cafes, Food Carts/Trucks), Activities (Points of Interest, Events, Tours, Drinks, Shops, etc), Notes, and Checklists. Browse your Itinerary by Type for a quick glance or by Day for detailed information, including times, locations, photos, and planning gaps. Easily Search and Filter Items, including when using the Map View to visualize your Plans. Rearrange your Itinerary with automatic Date/Time adjustments when Plans change. View full Itinerary Item details, including navigation options, contact info, and costs. Edit Itinerary Items with intuitive pre-selections for things like Dates, Country, Currency, and Timezone based on your Trip and other Itinerary Items. Add Places manually or search for quick access and Map integration. Style Notes with bold, bullets, and links for additional details. Assign People to Itinerary Items to Filter them by Tripmates. Mark off Checklist Items directly without needing to edit each one.

SHARING
Share Trips with unlimited Tripmates, including both Users and Non-Users, like children, organizing Items by Tripmate. Provide view-only or edit access, allowing full functionality except Trip deletion (reserved for the Trip owner). Share a link with non-Contacts to add them as Contacts and grant access. Contacts can then be seamlessly added to other Trips. Modify or remove Tripmate access, except for the Owner. Share Itinerary Items as text with those that don’t even have the app.
