The Wang Shi Charitable Foundation ("Wang Shi" for short) was established on October 22, 2001 and is a registered charity organization in Hong Kong. The purpose is to carry forward Ms. Luo's last wishes and ideas and to provide love and care to the disadvantaged groups.
