The Taxistep Drivers driver application was developed specifically for taxi drivers to facilitate their daily work with the Taxistep system and improve communication with the dispatch center and customers. Built with an intuitive interface and modern technologies, the app provides multiple features that drivers can use to optimize their courses and provide quality service.

Whether you are new to the profession or have years of experience, this app will make your work more efficient and convenient.

You may accept requests that have been added to the system from various sources such as:
- Dispatch center;
- Client mobile application;
- Taxi button;
- Viber;
- Email;
- Table/Tabletop;
- Electronic vouchers.

Easily accept or decline requests with one touch of the screen or view and take a request from the board/table. After you accept a request and specify the time it takes you to arrive at the starting address, the application provides you with all the necessary information about the request such as starting address, final address, remarks and additional information, as well as the customer's phone number (if this set up).

The application provides an opportunity to indicate the current status of the driver - Free, Busy, Not working. These indications facilitate coordination with dispatchers and give better visibility of available drivers in the area of ​​a given request.

In the Map menu you can see your current location.

The application is compatible with various navigation programs. This allows you to use your preferred navigation for an optimal route. Whether you prefer Google Maps, Here Maps, Waze or another navigation program, the app is ready to work with it.

You can receive and send messages (prepared or free text, direct or mass) to the dispatch center, which ensures a constant connection and faster resolution of problem situations that arise. Real-time communication is key to successful order fulfillment and maintaining high quality service.

Each driver has unique access to the application through:
- Official car number;
- Personal identification number;
- Password.

This system ensures that all drivers have secure and personalized access to the platform, no matter how many drivers use a given vehicle. This makes it easy to manage data, store course history and alerts for each driver individually.
