"GUIDE ELU" is a mobile application that offers cloud document database, interactive and educational on the forest, the forest management area projects and the partnership between the National Forestry Office (ONF) and Forest Commons . Primary objective: facilitate dialogue between the NFB staff and elected officials, support decision making, and create links between forest communities and the NFB in particular via a wire news and highlighting innovative projects. Accessible to all, it is also an important information resource for those interested in the communal forest management. It offers both access to reference documents such as the Charter of the communal forest, which explains the principles of the implementation of the Forest Plan and the technical documents and guidelines that promote sustainable management of community forests while strengthening the elected "forest" in his role as decision maker and principal interlocutor of his fellow citizens and other users of public forests.
