The All is Well service is an elegant and easy to use solution designed to reduce the stress that caregiving responsibilities may cause a caregiver. It’s purpose is to be a surrogate for you, the family caregiver in giving care to your senior. By monitoring the senior’s health, daily activity and routines, and social-emotional- mental well being, All is Well provides day round updates without you having to make numerous calls or check-ins with your senior. If something is not right, All is Well becomes the first virtual responder to the senior by following protocols set by the family caregiver such as calling 911 in emergencies or notifying the caregiver.

24/7 Senior Monitoring:
Once you sign up for All is Well, your senior receives an ‘All is Well Kit’ which includes easy to install sensors to be set up in your senior’s home as well as a wearable device and physical ‘help’ buttons. The wearable and sensors in this kit will allow All is Well to monitor your senior’s physical health and activity 24/7, to make sure they are doing well at all times vis a vis their AI
(artificial intelligence) driven baseline. The easily accessible ‘help’ buttons allow your senior to reach our care agents for help at any time.

24/7 Care Agents:
Our trained and empathetic Care Agents are available to your senior, 24/7. They will perform daily check-in calls with your senior, monitor your senior’s well being through the All is Well system and call to check-in with your senior if something seems wrong. They will follow caregiver-defined protocols for emergencies to take appropriate action. Your senior can reach out to them anytime for anything using the ‘help’ buttons in the kit or the one in the app for any kind of assistance; no task or ask is too small for them.

AIW App for Senior:
This easy to install app is a digital ‘Help Button’ on the home screen itself. Your senior may press this button for any kind of assistance from one of our care agents - no task or ask is too small.


AIW App for Caregiver:
When you install this app, the app will only contain one light that shows one of three colors based on the status of your senior’s wellbeing. Green means “all is well”, yellow means “there’s no emergency but something is not right” with an accompanying text message, and red means “there has been an emergency” with your senior. All is Well’s AI based system automatically changes the color of this light based on the variations from the senior’s baseline on our system, and the information gathered by our care agents and chatbots on a regular basis.
