The Maroua Regional Hospital in the Far North, Cameroon is a 3rd category health facility, created around 1933 as a dispensary. It has gradually evolved to position itself today as a 3rd category hospital and 2nd level of reference.

It is a hospital which serves as a referral center for the 03 annex regional hospitals and the 21 district and similar hospitals of the Region.
