CAE is the new app of the Business Arbitration Center from where you can request and pay for an arbitration, mediation and/or conciliation process which will be carried out both personally and virtually.

When the parties have agreed that the controversies between them that derive from or are related to a certain legal, contractual or non-contractual relationship, be submitted to CAE arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Regulations of the Business Arbitration Center.
