In the 1999 earthquake, Utku was 1 year old. Born in Güngören, which was chosen as the most risky district in a possible Istanbul earthquake, Utku started listening to hip-hop at the age of 8. It grows amid the sounds of sirens and neighborhood skirmishes. He learns at a young age to call the respected person Abi and the policeman Uncle. It grows with the neighborhood codex, not with traditional rules. In the back streets of Güngören, not Zeki Müren, but NWA, 2PAC and Dr. grows among dre tones. He tries to hold on to life in an environment where Arabesque, Folk music and HipHop are blended, and he meets Lil Murda in 2016. HipHop, which is the common point of both, allows them to unite under GNG and make RAP later. Their first album as a GNG duo, 'Output Nr. 1 is published. The duo decide to work solo in 2019 and their first solo album 'FAVELA' is released. The video clip of the album 'Favela', which consists of six works, was shot in Havanna, Cuba.
