Calculation method:

Price column = Buy Price + Price variation
and
Price column = Buy Price - Price variation

Initial investment is the bold row with a profit=0.0

Initial investment = Price column x Quantity + % Broker's commission (Buy transaction)
and
Investment column = Price column x Quantity - % Broker's commission (Sell transaction)

Profit column = Investment column - Initial investment
