2. Who is eligible to report the lease (report the final monthly rent)?
This applies to landlords and tenants whose deposit exceeds 60 million won or monthly rent exceeds 300,000 won. Even if only one of the deposit or monthly rent exceeds, you must report it as a monthly rent report. In addition to residential properties such as apartments, officetels, and multi-family homes, semi-residential properties such as gosiwons and dormitories, and non-residential properties such as shopping centers and factories are also subject to reporting.
