Calm Mind is an app that helps calm you down during or before anxiety attacks. The app has two main features:
Just Breathe: Uses the 4-7-8 breathing technique to help with hyperventilation, and forces you to focus on your breathing rather than what is causing your anxiety.
A Rainy Day: Is a distraction minigame that also plays relaxing rain sound effects as you play.
The app has a relaxing soundtrack to help calm you down.
There is also a page of hotlines and website for you, when you are ready to seek help.
