Effortlessly manage and plan your Zakat allocation with ease. Input your assets to determine your current net worth and get an estimate of how much you may owe this year. Add beneficiaries, allocate your Zakat among them, and seamlessly track how much has been paid and what remains due for the year. Once your data is entered and the current year has been taken care of, you can easily reuse the same information next year with adjustments to the amounts.

Keep in mind that while 2.5% is the traditionally recommended amount, any contribution, big or small, given with sincere intentions, makes a meaningful difference. The app does not enforce a 2.5% figure, it is merely a recommendation. You may still use the app by simply entering your zakat allocation plan without entering any assets in the Assets list.

Remember that all user entered data is safely saved only on your device and is not collected or shared with the developer or other third parties. There is no cloud or external servers used in the calculation or storage of data.

Zakat allocation refers to the distribution of Zakat funds to the eligible recipients as outlined in Islamic teachings. According to the Quran, Zakat should be distributed among eight categories of people:

- The Poor (Al-Fuqara): Those who are in extreme poverty and need immediate assistance.
- The Needy (Al-Masakin): Those who are in need but not in extreme poverty.
- Zakat Administrators (Al-‘Amilina ‘Alayha): Those who are responsible for collecting and distributing Zakat.
- Those Whose Hearts Need Reconciliation (Mu’allafatu Qulub): Those who are new to Islam or need support to strengthen their faith.
- Freeing Slaves (Ar-Riqaab): Those who are in bondage and need help to gain their freedom.
- Debtors (Al-Gharimun): Those who are in debt and need assistance to pay off their debts.
- In the Cause of Allah (Fisabilillah): Those who are working to promote and defend Islam.
- The Wayfarer (Ibnu Al-Sabil): Travelers who are in need of assistance while on their journey.
