Capri Loans application doesn’t provide personal Loans, we provide loans against collateral only. It offers various services on consumer's Mobile. Few of them are :

📱 ️ You would be able to connect with Capri Loans customer care and can raise a Service Request from your Mobile.

☎️ After raising Service request, you will get SMS with Service Request no. to track further

📞 A dedicated Support team is available during Business Hours to assist you.

💳 You can make "Advance EMI" payment from the Application; this will help you to keep a track on "EMIs Remaining or paid" till Date.

🏧 Pay at your ease & choose your favorite payment mode from UPI/Net banking/Credit cards/Paytm etc.

👀 Keep an eye on full details of your loan with Next EMI Amount, Due Date, sanctioned amount etc.

- You will be able to view the In-App transaction History to check status of all the transactions made through App.

- Now there is an Option to download Payment acknowledgement document as well from the app post successful transaction.

🏅 Now Gold Loan tracking will also be visible to you in the same App.

- You can start tracking your Gold Loan on Capri Loans Application
once you walk out of the branch after loan disbursement.

🏠 Home Loan users will be able to start tracking their Loans in application, once their application is approved in the back-end system.
