Disclaimer: This is the first MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and the initial version of the Captain App. We are committed to continuously improving the app, and as we progress, new features will be added. In the near future, the app will offer more personalized coaching experiences. Currently, it provides a basic daily program. Please note that the Captain App is a coaching tool, not a substitute for therapy or psychological services. For serious physical or mental health concerns, please seek professional therapy or counseling. This app is not intended to replace professional care.

Instructions for the Captain App:
1. Getting Started: Enter your name. Fill in your daily working hours. Plan short work breaks (20-60 minutes, depending on your activity): For sedentary work: take a standing/walking break every 20 minutes. For active work: take a moment of rest every 30-60 minutes. Breaks last between 1-5 minutes. Use them for drinking water, stretching, or mindfulness exercises.
2. Important: Ensure the app and your phone sound are turned on.
3. App Navigation: Tabs: Smiley: Cat, your avatar, appears here. Daily Program: Check off tasks and use the app at least 3 days and up to 5 days per week. Microphone: Talk to Cat (red = listening, green = thinking). Dashboard: View your wellness scores. Settings: Adjust your preferences. Turn on the app before starting your workday to stay effective throughout.
4. Measurements: Morning and Evening: Log your happiness (1-9), stress (1-9), and goal progress (1-9). Happiness: 1 = not happy, 9 = very happy. Stress: 1 = no stress, 9 = extremely stressed. Goal Progress: 1 = no progress, 9 = maximum progress. Goals: Write down 1-2 goals: 1 long-term goal (e.g., for 1 year). 1 short-term goal (e.g., for 2 months).
5. Dashboard: Check your overall wellness score and individual scores for happiness, stress, and effectiveness. Aim for a wellness score above 6.
6. Long-Term Use: Use the app regularly throughout the day. Start with morning and evening measurements to track progress in happiness, health, and effectiveness. Future updates will include extra exercises based on your wellness scores. Good luck and enjoy a healthier, happier workday! ?
